Spring is finally here and I couldn't be more grateful! For a second there I thought we'd never see green grass again haha! This weekend was fantastic here in MKE and we were able to enjoy the outdoors, family and our now 3-year-old, Gabriel. I still can't believe it even as I write it out. How can my 7 lb 4 oz baby boy (who wouldn't fall asleep unless he slept on my chest) already be 3?! It's really bittersweet! We are so incredibly grateful for our sweet little guy and we thank God every day for the gift of his life into our family. He was just the cutest singing, "Happy Birthday to meee!" all weekend and picking out toys not only for him but for, "Hermano too! (my brother too!) He truly is a big heart and I am so honored to be his mama. I cannot wait to be able to witness him grow some more!
For today's post I am featuring my Newlie Co. Lily tote. This tote is actually a diaper bag and it's my current favorite! I love how spacious it is and there are more styles (including backpacks) available as well. I love the interior and the sleek design. It's big enough to fit a laptop and it has an insulated pocket for beverages! This one has a removable strap and it is not bulky, which is a huge plus for me because I rather have usable space and not extra bulk! It's also affordable and I know that I'll be using this post-baby stage too.
The dress I'm wearing is non-maternity but since the style is so flowy-it works! I used the cloth belt above my bump and it gave the dress a bit more structure. However, it looks really cute as a shift style as well. I've also wanted a lighter denim jacket and this one was such a great deal that I had to have it (I'm wearing my pre-pregnancy size small). I paired it with my nude/beige pumps which have become a staple in my closet! I am so excited for the warmer weather ahead and I hope that wherever you are Spring has made an appearance too!
Wishing you a great week ahead!

ReplyDeleteMy bestfriend is 7 months pregnant and for her birthday, I'm giving her a backpack diaper bags. She's an outdoor/backpacker sort of person and I know she'll appreciate the quality of the bag I'm giving her. I'm inclined to give her a bag with numerous pockets for those small things that Moms often put inside a bag. It should also be well padded and lightweight. I think the most important thing is for it to be stylish and functional, as well. It shouldn't look like a diaper backpack at all but a normal chic looking backpack. Where to get those? I found some useful reviews right here: http://myoutdoorslife.com/gear/traveling/best-backpack-diaper-bag.html
