I made this salad last week and it was delicious, fresh and all things summer! Hope you enjoy it as much as we did.
Ingredients:
3 whole cucumbers, peeled and chopped
1.5 cups of red cherry tomatoes
sprig of fresh dill finely chopped
1/2 cup greek yogurt
1 small red onion, chopped finely
1 small lemon to squeeze
salt and pepper to taste
To make:
Mix in all chopped ingredients, then add the greek yogurt, fresh lemon and season as you'd like!
