* Full disclosure I was given products by Door to Door Organics to facilitate this post. All opinions are my own. And as always thank you so much for supporting brands that help support Mommy in Milwaukee.
Hello, guys! I hope you all have had an amazing week! We have had a good but very busy one. Lots of exciting stuff happening with our little family but I'll save that for another post :) Until then we only have one week left until Match Day and the worry has been filled with excitement!
In our very busy mornings I've been so happy to be able to find a fun and easy way to get my fill of fruit and veggies. And what I love about Door to Door Organics is that I don't have to worry about heading to the grocery store with both boys to pick up our produce. I am sure all of my parent readers can agree that task can be rather challenging with littles in tow. And Door to Door Organics makes easy to have yummy, organic and fresh produce delivered right to your door! I am so thankful that we had all of the fresh organic produce that we needed and I had one less thing to worry about in the middle of our Match madness. I am all about simplifying our lives :) If you want to sign up follow this link for $10 off your first order!

I've been experimenting with smoothie bowls and cannot get enough! They are very simple to make and the best part is that Gabriel has so much fun making and eating them afterwards. And he has no idea how good they are for him. He pretty much thinks they are ice cream and honestly they taste like it too! Here are two of my favorite so far and whats great about smoothie bowls is that there is no right or wrong way to make them. Just have fun and add as many fruit of veggies as you'd like. My suggestion is to pre-cut your fruit and veggies and stick them in the freezer. That way you don't have to add ice as the fruit acts as the ice!
Veggie Pick-ME-Up Delight smoothie bowl
You will need:
1 organic avocado
1 organic mango
1organic bunch of Spinach
2 organic bananas
2 cups organic soy or almond milk (or more depending on how thick you want your smoothie)
whatever fruit you'd like to add on top!
To make:
Just blend it all together! The bananas really add the sweetness that you need to contrast the veggies. I like to wait until the bananas are more ripe and then freeze them. This serves about 2-3 depending on the size of bowls.
Antioxidant Berry Mango Smoothie bowl
You will need:
1 organic banana
1 organic mango
1 cup organic blueberries
1 cup organic rasberries
1 cup organic blackberries
1 bunch organic baby spinach
2 cups organic soy or almond milk (add more or less milk as you'd like for thickness)
To make:
Just blend it all together! All of these fruits are rich in antioxidants and the perfect start to any day :)This also serves about 2-3 depending on the bowl size.
I hope you enjoy them and if you'd like to sign up click here I highly recommend it for good, fresh and organic produce that is delivered right to your door!
